Dr. Saltini Semerari’s research interests include the Late Bronze Age, Early Iron Age and Archaic Mediterranean, with a special focus on southern Italy and Greece; Mediterranean exchanges; excavation methodologies; transmission of technologies; archaeological theory, in particular: archaeology of death, gender, culture contact, colonization, identity, mobility.
