Titolo ricerca: National Mistics. An inquiry into the sacralization of politics.
As populism gains momentum in Europe, Political Science increasingly focuses on the phenomenon. While the relationship between religion and populism is a current research object, an exploration of populism as a religious phenomenon is yet to be undertaken. The present work intends to engage with the tradition of social sciences that holds politics as an inherently religious phenomenon, and apply it to the European panorama.
