Ella is in the last year of her undergraduate studies in Classics and Political Science at the University of Amsterdam. She takes particular interest in medieval and Renaissance Latin, as well as the history of political thought. During the Roma Caput Mundi course in 2023, she focussed on the self-representation of elites in late medieval Rome. This stay in Rome gave her a new perspective on her studies. Therefore, she is excited to share information about the KNIR and its opportunities with all interested students and scholars.
