The library is the “beating heart” of our Institute. Specialized in archaeology, history and art history of Rome and Italy, it is the reference point for research and scholarship in these disciplines.
We provide Dutch students, researchers and scholars with a dynamic place to undertake investigation and research, in collaboration with the networks of academic libraries based in Rome to which we belong.
The resources and services we provide, together with the international and interdisciplinary environment that characterizes the Institute, make our library a stimulating forge for ideas, projects and experiences.
